The Anthills (2022) tells a story about a huge anthill I discovered in a deep mountain and how I tried to reproduce the memorable encounter. Unfortunately, what I could do was just searching for images on the internet that resemble the astonishing creation in my memory. The anthill represents objects/people/memories that are missed eagerly but can’t be reached physically. Our society has become highly dependent on virtual images and digital interaction, while it misses something hidden in the sensory world. A physical object is replaced with a digital replica which can be easily copied, fabricated, and shared.
