Phantom Teeth (2024) is a virtual land of wisdom teeth where users can interact with elements. It discovers how archives evoke memories of lived experiences by opening up a temporal portal that leads us to the past. Through absent teeth and a digital archive of X-rays, it highlights cases of phantom pain and the link between perception and imagination.
This collaborative project was presented in the online exhibition Search History and opened to the public with the physical opening & artist talk at Stichting WEP (Groningen, NL).
